April 16 - April 22

All the plywood sheathing, and the framing out of the windows, was completed by Eric and Joe in the early part of the week. Julie's brother Tom and I each got out to work for a day in there as well. The platform you can see that doesn't have anything on it will eventually be a nice sun porch on the front (south side) of the house. The framing of that is coming soon.

The view of the clearing in the woods was taken from the guest bedroom window. That's what you'll be looking at when you come to visit. Except hopefully there will be some lawn back there, and instead of a downed tree there will be a septic field. Hopefully.

The picture of Evie and Aiden was taken from the meadow in front of our house. It's kind of foggy and dreary, but it's not a bad view. Better than the three way insection we had in our front lawn in DC.

Even with the house months away from completion, Julie couldn't help but do a little gardening. Mud season is over (I think) and spring is here.
