when "soggy froggy" attacks

While is Boston this weekend, Aunt Sarah took the kiddos to Savers (a chain of second-hand stores) and let them pick out a couple of now-new-to-them toys. AJ selected one called "soggy froggy" - the package had a little write-up on poison tree frogs, but did little to explain the actual origin of the toys name.
