Rainy days

The new header picture up top is of the view from the meadow in front of our house. I had planned on taking a beautiful picture from the Wrightsville reservoir (the lake about a mile from our house) yesterday to put up here, but it was raining like crazy. The kids and I went anyway, and stood at the shore and threw rocks. They weren't scared by the rain one bit, and in fact were amazed by my rock skipping ability. We would have stayed there in the rain all morning, but AJ kind of fell in and got soaked, so we had to come home. Getting wet from the top down doesn't bother him one bit, but that is apparently not the case when getting wet from the bottom up. It was too ugly to get the camera out, but maybe we'll try again tomorrow.
