mudding and taping

For the past two weeks we have focused heavily on getting the first floor ready to paint. Aaron put in several long days during the week leading up to Christmas, and Dad and I continued the effort this week. If all goes according to plan, the whole of the first floor (with the exception of the sunporch) should be ready for primer by the end of the day tomorrow. And if things go better than expected, the downstairs bath may be painted.
