This post is for Judy...

...who has spent the last two and a half weeks waiting to get a look at the new deck. I was just postponing the blog post until it was a little more finished is all.

So we put the deck up in front of the sun porch. The deck itself has been up for about two weeks, but Joe and I just put up the stairs this afternoon. We still have to back-fill a little more around the bottom, and we have to cut off the post and put in a railing, but otherwise it's pretty much done. You can also see the lights in our soffit, which should be operational soon.
