work party weekend...

What a great weekend it has been, and we are not done yet!!

We had good groups out to work both Saturday and Sunday and have gotten tons done. Joe and Dolf, assisted mainly by Christian, nearly finished siding the east end of the house. And, taking full advantage of the wonderful weather over the last two days soem combination of the Kings, Christian, and Joe stained and caulked most of the siding that has been installed to date.

We also had a crew who COMPLETED sheetrocking the garage; this was no easy task as the garage was full of supplies, and each piece of fire code sheetrock weighs about a metric ton. Today I worked with Chris and Brendan we we were able to put quite a bit of sheetrock on the first floor, including closing in the bathroom - indoor toilet here we come!!
