Our new pet

Julie found a Monarch butterfly egg two days ago. I tell her it's probably a gypsy moth caterpillar, but she says monarch. I have no idea how she found it, as it was miniscule. It hatched yesterday and has pretty much quadrupled in size in 24 hours. It's still not very big. I think she just took this picture as an opportunity to show off our wealth.
