catching alligators

We first played the fish version of this "catching adventure" game last summer in Maine when on vacation with the Wamsleys. Any game that can keep three kids under the age of four enthralled for literally hours has to have something going for it. It turns out that this game is a big hit with grown-ups too, as A.J. and Mrs. Falope matched wits this afternoon (note to future players -A.J. cheats):
