busy days

Julie's gone to DC for five days; three days for a conference and a couple for visiting old friends. She left the morning after I got home from a four day conference myself in NH, and left me in charge of the little ones. Things are going smoothly, but not leaving a lot of time to write. The kids and I went to the Onion River Sports bike swap yesterday and picked up a cheap new bike, then headed to get life vests, kiddie fishing poles and a license so we could catch our dinner. Evie even helped me dig the worms. Unfortunately it rained all weekend and we never made it out.
