sweet child o' mine!
Aaron here. I've been meaning to recommit myself to posting on the blog for a while now. I've got lots of backlog of good pictures and anecdotes; but of course just have been too busy after work to focus on it (i.e. playing with my kids and Halo 3; not at the same time). But after seeing Aunt Sarah's commitment to National Blog month or whatever, I thought maybe I'd give it another shot. Jed just sent this video along, and here we are. I don't know how this can possibly be real, but I know I'm impressed.
On a side note, I need some feedback in the form of comments here. As you may know from reading the blog, our family recently adopted a new kitty, chickadee, and we've let her become a member of our family over the last month. We took her to the vet on Tuesday and found out that she is a boy kitty. You may wonder how a biology major with 7 years of college missed this, but the fact is that the vet spent a while trying to figure it out as well. Apparently it's hard when they're so little. At any rate, I've told Julie that I think Chickadee is an unacceptable name for a boy kitty. Sure, there are boy chickadee's, but there are no full grown boy cats named chickadee. I told Julie that we had to pick a new name. After meeting some resistance, I've decided that I'm just going to call the kitty Chuck Norris from now on. If any one has an opinion between these two names, let's hear it.

This guy is the man. I feel the same exhilaration watching him as I do watching the red sox win the world series or the Patriots destroy the Redskins.
